Overal Accountability: Assist Finance Controller/ Finance Manager in daily operation of Finance Department

Major Job Functions:

  • Responsible/ assist to coordinate and prepare the project feasibility, financial budget/ projection & performance target
  • Monitor and verify the daily operating matter on the compliance of Companys internal control & procedure and accounting policy
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial and management report on timely basis
  • Liaise with Auditors (internal and external), Tax Agent and other statutory bodies on accounting & financial related matters
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor of Finance & Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years in Real Estate development industry/ Finance industry
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening)
  • Strong computer skill is required (including proficient Excel & other Microsoft Office products)
  • Familiar VAS & relevant Laws and Regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be added advantage
