JOB DESCRIPTIONS​

Profit and Loss Planning & Analysis

Budgeting

- Partner with Finance Business Partners and various departments to compile and consolidate the comprehensive budget and rolling forecast of financial statements (PnL, CF) for the entire company.

Tracking

- Continuously track and monitor budget performance against actuals on a monthly basis. Identify any deviations from the approved budget and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies.

- Perform analyses to understand the cash flow and working capital requirements for all entities within the assigned country; Provide insight to relevant stakeholders from cash flow perspectives to help drive business decisions

Reporting

- Prepare monthly management PnL and CF reports to management, providing detailed performance insights and explanations of key variances, including comparison versus budget and the previous period. Highlight critical financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic decision-making

- Work closely with Accounting team to prepare and track cost accrual on monthly basis, ensure all accruals are posted according to business alignment and accounting procedures

- Partner with Data team and Operational team to make sure the accuracy of data in the system and to produce automatic reports on PowerBI timely and correctly

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when assigned by Manager to assist in management decision making

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

● Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other analytical disciplines; MBA and ACCA/CPA preferred.

● Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance and Analytical role. Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce.

● Having knowledge on foreign accounting tools is an advantage (SAP/Oracles/ERP)

● Excellent Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) skills, knowledge of SQL/PowerQuery/PowerBI/Python is a plus

● Highly curious, logical, self-motivated, independent, proactive, and result oriented

● Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts

● Good communication inEnglish.
