Review existing contracts or new contracts sent by customers/suppliers
Review internal regulations and policies based on Companys requirements
Drafting a new contract format in accordance with the provisions of the law
Draft advice, opinions, and contracts (including sale contracts, loan agreements, labor contracts, internal labor rules, etc.)
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Translate documents as required by the company/job
Manage legal risks by identifying potential legal issues and providing guidance on how to mitigate them
Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives
Support to update and manage ISO and FSC documents
Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations that may affect the company

Graduated from University with a major in law
At least 3 years in a legal position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Working independently and willing to learn, agile, enthusiastic, dynamic, honest, responsible for work
