1. School Management system management, building and/or implementation, including:

Administrator of NSE system (School Management of WSI), include: get troubleshooting and give the guideline to end-user; Manage role in NSE and configuration NSE by working with WSI team
Administrator of Alex/Bubble system (School Management of K&U), include: get troubleshooting and give the guideline to end-user; Manage role in NSE and configuration Alex/Bubble by working with K&U development team
Building and implementation School Management for AUS based on MS365. Include: Design workflow, give instructions, manage role in the system and all the tasks relate to School Management activities

2. Software service support enablement and training

Responsible for capturing and recording end-users change requests for in-scope software issues
Resolving end-user complaints quickly and efficiently
Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
Assist end-users in their daily operations. Provide solutions to common entity access issues
Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
Advise business users on the availability of new software solutions that could enhance their daily operations
Responsible for preparing user training material and guidelines
Conduct training to business users for the use of in-scope software
Document the configuration profile

Demonstrated project experience developing solutions in SharePoint Online
Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate / Flow, )
Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform
Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
Experience developing PowerApps model.
English communication skills. (TOEIC 500, WSE level 7/20 or equivalent English level
