The position of Solar O&M Engineer reports directly to the O&M Leader and is responsible for:

1. Update Solar System Error Code Table regularly (Error identification - Cause - Remedy plan - Error handling time norm)

2. Manage subcontractors (at least 5 subcontractors/area)

3. Monitoring SSOC

4. Planning and Coordinating Subcontractors to perform periodic O&M work

5. Coordinating subcontractors to handle arising errors (or self-handling at site if subcontractors do not respond)

6. Actual monthly PR and production analysis report for customers

7. Report O&M activities periodically and arising to Customers

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement

  • University degree in ElectricalEngineering, Renewable Energy
  • Strong knowledge and previous experiencein the solar energy industry
  • Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Data analysis
  • Professional English (equivalent to TOEIC > 550)
