Mô tả công việc

• Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive more customers and sales to Tam Son’s multibrand platform

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and related processes, ensuring they align with the overall strategy

• Analyze and report on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements based on your findings

• Stay updated on current industry trends and competition, and develop best practices for the site in terms of site merchandising, site functionalities/UX, and content management

• Collaborate with Ecom, Media, Digital, Creative production, CRM team to ensure all contents and design materials are consistent with the brand positioning, messaging, and offerings, and keep the e-commerce platform updated with new products and promotions

• Oversee the management of multiple agencies to execute against the online marketing strategy across affiliate, paid search, paid social, SEO, display

• Uphold the integrity of Tam Son’s brand image and the luxury brands it distributes across multiple channels, and ensure the platform stays top of mind

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions

• Experience with E-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools

• Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred

• Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
