Mô tả công việc

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
  • Manage training budget
  • Building & tracking training matrix
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience in HR field is preferred
  • Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in Vietnam
  • Preferably experience in an international environment / organization
  • Knowledge about ISO IATF 16949 is preferred
  • Have knowledge of international standard
  • Computer Skills about MS
  • Thử việc: 60 days
  • Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
  • Đồng nghiệp: Active, friendly, team work.
  • Company transportation from District 2, Thu Duc District, Bien Hoa city to Nhon Trach.
