Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for all HR and admin functions, including Recruitment, training, development, evaluation, C&B, labor contract, budget, disciplinary, security, transportation, canteen, cleaning, gardening and office supplier, IT.

- Develop and implement HR strategy planning, training & development, policies, internal regulations, compensation, and benefit in company.

- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefit, and tax related services.

- Be responsible for the recruitment activities and ensure the resource requirements of the organization are met.

- Control the process of personnel transactions from on-boarding to termination.

- Maintain employee’s records insurance coverage, labor contract and other personal documents.

- Managing payroll, bonus, register personal deduction when calculated personal income tax, and finalization PIT.

- Cross check database system about AL, NPL, SL, PL, OT, record…

- Review wages and severance payment process for third party

- Ensure personal policy compliance with labor law.

- Report and submit all form to SI, HI, UI compulsory and request policy payment for sickness, maternity, labor accident, occupational disease, retirement, survivorship allowance….

- Building the structure of salary and applying it to all factories.

- Register the salary system to authority.

- Manage the budget / cost in HR & ADM
- Other duties as BOD request.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Background: Graduated University
2 .Knowledge:
- Labour, salary system, social insurance, PIT
- Set up SOP in HR field.
3. Experience: 5 years
4. Language: Chinese(must be), and English (priority).

5. Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR software.
6. Other things:
- Honest, motivation, flexible, good communication, mature, team work.
