Mô tả công việc

1. Utility Operation

  • Plans and schedules Operation for utilities equipment. Co-ordinates with Maintenance team and project team in term of big maintenance;
  • Develop the work instruction, SOP and other documents for Utility systems;
  • Verify the performance of all new and modified utilities systems;
  • Monitor and maintain systems to ensure consistent performance over the expected range;
  • Manage all documents in this area such as check list, parameters monitoring record, operation historical data, drawing of all utility systems;
  • Calculate and monitor all utilities operation cost for improvement, monitor of equipment operation effectiveness;
  • Implement the Calibration standard effectively to comply all expectations;
  • Manage the Utility system following company standards;
  • Trains utilities technicians’ operational and mechanical diagnosis, routine repairs and safety systems.

2. Production

  • Understands technical processes in the factory;
  • Knows the handling and storage requirements of raw materials, finished goods, and waste streams;
  • Ensures that equipment and processes are capable of meeting production schedules, customer demands;
  • Applies budgeting processes to develop site capital and expense budgets

3. Continuous Improvement & Team work

4.Oversees site preparation, installation of equipment, control systems, and associated utilities (water, steam, air etc) with contractors or internal personnel and Technology transfer

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor of Scienceor College Degree in Engineering; Technical field;
  • Familiarity with Utility systems, especially 2-4 years’ experience in WWTP, Boilers operation;
  • Knowledge and skills:Decision making & problem solving, innovation thinking,result-oriented, learning agility, good analytical;
  • Language: English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
