Job purpose

Control goods in warehouse (included in material, packing WH and finished goods), monitor workplace performance and ensure import and export according to SOP.

Job details

1. Control goods in warehouse (included in material, packing WH and finished goods), monitor workplace performance and ensure import and export according to SOP.

2. Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.

3. Coordinating with relevant departments (Purchasing, Production, Sales, Logistics, ...) to control the stock and RM schedule.

4. Deploy workers and forklift drivers to load and unload goods and bring goods to storage locations.

5. Arrange warehouse and goods safely.

6. Prepare input and output receipts to update inventory daily.

7. Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse reports (included in Track the usage of each item and save data) and work with accounting closely to reconcile.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education&Knowledge:College

2. Foreign language: Basic English skill

3. Skill

Good resolving skill

Good communication Skill

Good time management skills.

Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in the same position.

Having at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/footwear is an advantage
