Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Implement the inventory management system in SAP, including policies, procedures and inventory management activities.
Supervise monitoring activities related to inventory levels and movements via the warehouse management system in SAP.
Maintain daily inventory records to ensure constant updates. Prepare inventory reports and analyses for status tracking.
Conduct inventory counts and inspections. Monitor inventory shelf life by stockkeeping units and highlight obsolete/near-obsolete inventories
Gather factual information on inventory management incidents and support all investigation activities to resolve complaints
Coordinate and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the inventory management system/activities and reporting
Work closely with internal stakeholders in understanding their requirements for inventory information and analysis
Provide support and information to external auditors to facilitate the auditing process and statutory financial reporting

Good working knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
Good working knowledge in inventory management and control, including supply chain management
Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
2-4 years of experience at relevant role
