Loction: YCH Binh Duong, Thuan An (gần trạm thu phí cầu ông bố)

  • Have extensive knowledge on all modes of delivery such as trucking, airline, shipping
  • Be responsible in handling the transportation of products from the sender to the receiver.
  • Be solve such concerns to boost customer service.
  • Must be familiar with the corresponding fees like international tariffs, warehouse storage charges and weight costs.
  • Perform and implementall custom clearance activitiessuch as following upcoming Shipment, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.
  • Participating in the development of the Customs Clearance Sections work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve the efficiency of the Customs Clearance Section.
  • Suggesting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Customs Clearance Section.
  • Examining invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
  • Verify the delivery of imported product, once cleared, from the sea to our designated warehouses.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned

    • 工作要求

    • University graduated
    • At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding industry as manager,client base and leadership qualities
    • Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Good at English to comunication (speaking & writing)
