  • Operational management of all activities of service team
  • Doing market research and development product packages and sales policies.
  • Planning sales target, sales and marketing implementation plan periodically.
  • Building/optimizing processes, digitize service provision activities.
  • Setting KPI for team members and evaluating periodically.
  • Contacting, consulting, surveying and quoting for customers.
  • Building training plan and skills improving for team members to assure the quality and quantity of team and KPI also.
  • Other tasks as assigned

工作要求

  • Male; Age: Under 30 years old.
  • Graduated university in Business Administration, International Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in sales and marketing is preferable
  • Good command of English

Preferred Skills

  • Experiencing in setting up new project (at least 2 projects). E-commerce or legal service project is preferable
  • Responsible, honest, careful and dynamic at work
  • Adapt new knowledge quickly
  • Multitask management skills
  • Time management skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
