- Controlling cloud application access: GSuite, Jibra, Service Now,…

- Communicate directly with customers and offer solutions to solve problems

- Troubleshooting issues with any cloud-based applications.

- Work in accordance with the proper procedures.

* Working time:

- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.

- Work in rotation of 3 shifts and in accordance with the company:

Shift 1: 6 am - 2 pm

Shift 2: 2 pm - 10 pm

Shift 3: 10 pm - 6 am

工作要求

- An Associates degree in computer science or related field.

- Working knowledge of computer systems, network, applications.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- An openness to learning new technologies.

- Influence English communication (reading, speaking, writing, listening), especially speaking
