1. - Check customer’s E-MAIL.

- Check shipment progress and status.

- Resolve customer complaints.

2. - Confirm quotation with customer.

- Confirm with debt customers.

3. - Exploit new customers and maintain relationships with old customers.

- Introducing the company’s new product.

工作要求

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,...)

- Know how to organize work, work in groups and work independently

- English communication

- Having TOEIC, IELTS, ... is an advantage
