Lead online sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Conduct effective sales pitch for potential customers

Manage the team to provide excellent customer experience across digital platforms

Continuously review and analyze sales metrics to identify and optimize opportunities for the team

Develop best practices for online sales

Ensure online sales team comply with company policies and procedures

Train, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives

工作要求

2+ years of experience in similar positions with proven track record to meet and exceed goals

A results-oriented approach

Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have

Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo

Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive industry experience is a plus
