Project manager (residential and commercial)

Skills:

• Proficient in residential and/or industrial projects.
• Exceptional at adhering to directives from both direct supervisors and higher management.

• Competent in computer skills, including proficiency in Spreadsheets, Word Processing, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of contract administration for international projects.
• Knowledgeable in "buildability" concepts to enhance construction methods while preserving design intent.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and upholds high standards of honesty and integrity as a representative of the Investor.

Educationand Training:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architecture; graduate-level education preferred.
• Prior training in leadership and management before employment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Office (Strong Working Knowledge), AutoCAD (Basic Minimum), Microsoft Project (Basic Minimum).
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Fluent in design and construction terminology in both Vietnamese and English.
• Willingness to work in Hanoi and open to travel within Vietnam when necessary.
• Preferable: Construction Supervisory and/or Construction Management Working License, Class 1.
• Must have a clean record with respect to zero-tolerance policies related to corruption, theft, and substance abuse.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry, with over 12 years being highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the realms of design coordination and construction management, within High-end Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Development Projects. Experience should be gained with reputable Developers, Contractors, or Project Management Consultancy Specialists.
• Proficiency in and familiarity with the current Vietnam Building Codes.
• Experience in collaborating with Statutory and Government Authorities is advantageous.
