Testing

  • Conduct all routine, special tests on transformers and accessories function tests as instructed by the team leader.

  • Ensure that all tests are conducted as per plan so that the transformer is dispatched as per schedule.

  • In case of any failure while testing, analyze the failure and report the details to the team leader.

  • Be responsible for testing equipment maintenance, hand tools be tidy, clean, maintain 5S in test area

  • Create Non-Conformity Report (NCR) while finding quality issue

Customer Inspection

  • When a customer comes to factory for witnessing test, resolve various queries of customers

Safety

  • As high voltage used for testing safety is the prime importance, use of all relevant PPE while carrying out the tests, following safety instruction in test area strictly

  • Follow all HSE regulations & training courses

Other

  • Ready to perform the newly assigned work

  • Work with accuracy, precision, and quality

  • Report, review and authorization of results

  • Development, modification, verification and validation of methods

  • Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations

工作要求

  • At least Electrical college degree

  • From 2 experienceyears in similar position

  • Experience working in industrial environment

  • Good knowledge in drawing

  • Good understanding of electrical safety regulations

  • Willingness to work in 2-3 shifts

  • Good ability in using computer, Microsoft Office

  • English communication (Intermediate level)

  • Experiences in Electrical test equipment is an advantage
