职位描述

  • Manage and update SND information for Vietnam market
  • Collect and update market informations to support for sales and trade activities
  • Manage credit limit, customers list, customers profiles
  • Compile monthly sales reports and sales performance analysing.
  • Manage production pipeline, stock, logistics issues and coordinate well with sales team for fully sale as per plant capacity.
  • Support for commodities distribution activies
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

工作要求

  • College or bachelors degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales performance analysis
  • Proficiency with Ms. Office, especially excel and other analysing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
