职位描述
1) Operational Tax (50%):
• Identifying and quantifying potential tax risks, providing comments on which action could be undertaken to reduce the identified tax exposures.
• Repairing all tax reports and returns as well as coordinating and completing various tax returns by required deadlines, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and other applicable taxes.
• Reporting taxes correctly and timely on a periodic basis.
• Review working paper and deliverables to other functions
2) Auditing
• Prepare the requirements from auditor for interim and year end auditing.
• Corporate with auditor to finish audit confirmations with other related parties.
• Support to follow up the pending from other departments to save the time to produce the Financial Statement
3) Professional Tax Advice (20%):
• Being daily coordinator as for tax reporting, tax finalization, tax audit process as well as tax related matters to relevant tax authorities.
• Independently researches and analyses key tax issues to assist senior management positions in the Finance department.
• Proactively advises Finance management, regarding all relevant fiscal matters for the company, to ensure tax awareness in decision making and to minimize financial risks.
• Provides support to the tax input to the Reporting & Controlling function in line with company’s guidelines to draw up financial planning for the company.
• Represent the firm in networking, go-to-market activities, and professional associations.
工作要求
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business, Banking with good marks for technical subjects
- From 6 to 8 years of experience in Tax consultant-Accounting - Auditing.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent accounting management skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, Big 4 is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Collaboration & communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal / external stakeholders and team working in a complex multi-functional environment
- Leadership skills, ability to make timely decisions and influence distribution partners
- Detail oriented and possess initiative, pro-active & can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel & Power point
- Fluent in English
