- Developing domain expertise in an assigned group of 2 - 3 related industry sectors

- Managing a team of 2 - 4 investment analysts covering the industry sectors

- Coaching and training the assigned analysts to develop their skills

- Implementing periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage)

-Manager Level: To be well regarded in the market as an expert in the assigned sectors with frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers

-Assistant Manager Level: Presenting investment ideas and answering questions to retail customers and domestic/foreign financial institutions

-Acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community.

-Ensuring that team members adhere to production schedules

-Ensuring quality of work from team members

工作要求

1. Education

- Bachelor and above

2. Professional certificates

- CFA preferable

3. Experience

- Assistant Manager: more than 6 years research experience;

- Manager: more than 10 years research experience

4. Workskills

- English (fluently)

- Identify investment pattems and trends

- Fundamental analysis

- Building a business model and due diligence

- This position can be located in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
