Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Job Description:Report to Operation Manager

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinate.
  • Maximize sales and profitability
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Controlling the training and development of your staff
  • Weekly reporting about self and team coverage

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Age: 25 - 30 years
  • Nationality: Vietnamese
  • Language: Good at English is required
  • At least 3 years in Retail with level Store Manager above (Sport fashion industry is a plus)
  • Experience in managing to performance targets desired
  • Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong personality and leadership.
  • Strong determination of KPI achievement
  • Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
