Overall

Barista will responsible for making all beverages at bar station such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages. He/she are responsible for beverage quality, ensure cleanliness and sanitize at work areas, arrange and seating areas in standard layout. Compliance with standard SOP

Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages following standard recipes
  • Ensures quality of product at the beverage station
  • Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins (if needed)
  • Ensure food safety standard and remain cleaning area
  • Maintain stock level of products/ ingredients at bar station, report to Head bar/ Store manager for PR
  • Conduct inventory with an accurate data
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
  • Other task

Tổng thể

  • Barista sẽ chịu trách nhiệm pha chế tất cả các loại đồ uống tại quầy bar như cà phê, trà và các loại đồ uống đặc biệt. Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng đồ uống, đảm bảo sự sạch sẽ và vệ sinh tại khu vực làm việc, sắp xếp và bố trí khu vực chỗ ngồi theo tiêu chuẩn. Tuân thủ SOP tiêu chuẩn

Trách nhiệm

  • Pha chế đồ uống theo công thức chuẩn
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm tại quầy đồ uống
  • Phục vụ đồ uống và thức ăn chế biến sẵn như bánh quy, bánh ngọt và bánh nướng xốp (nếu cần)
  • Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm và duy trì khu vực vệ sinh
  • Duy trì mức tồn kho của sản phẩm/nguyên liệu tại quầy bar, báo cáo cho Trưởng quầy/Quản lý cửa hàng để PR
  • Tiến hành kiểm kê với số liệu chính xác
  • Tuân thủ các quy định về sức khỏe và an toàn
  • Truyền đạt phản hồi của khách hàng tới người quản lý và đề xuất các món mới trong thực đơn

Skills

· Previous work experience as a Barista

· Hands-on experience with bar equipment (coffee machine, blended, juicer)

· Knowledge of sanitation regulations

· Flexibility to work various shifts

· Excellent communication skills

· Enthusiasm & Adaptablity to change

· Ability to work under pressure

Experience

At least 1 years working experiences in same position

Prefer: Starbuck/ Highland/ Coffee House

Circumstances

Able to work overtime if needed, work by weekend & holidays
