Overall

Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the store manager in the daily business operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, training staff, managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment, able to promptly address and resolve customer complaints or any staff issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and store profitability.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
  • Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
  • Assisting with the store development plan, ensure quality of services throughly
  • Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and pleasure environment to customer and employees
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Report to the Store Manager and board of management team on time

  • Trợ lý Quản lý cửa hàng có nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ quản lý cửa hàng trong các hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày. Các trách nhiệm bao gồm tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân viên, quản lý hàng tồn kho, đảm bảo môi trường cửa hàng an toàn, sạch sẽ và thẩm mỹ, có thể giải quyết và giải quyết kịp thời các khiếu nại của khách hàng hoặc bất kỳ vấn đề nào của nhân viên.

Trách nhiệm

  • Phối hợp, giám sát và báo cáo các hoạt động hàng ngày.

  • Quản lý lịch làm việc của nhân viên, tiến hành đánh giá hiệu suất và thực thi các biện pháp kỷ luật.
  • Giám sát và duy trì mức tồn kho phù hợp tại cửa hàng
  • Hỗ trợ kế hoạch phát triển cửa hàng, đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ xuyên suốt
  • Đảm bảo môi trường cửa hàng tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn sức khỏe, tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm.
  • Duy trì một môi trường sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và mang lại niềm vui cho khách hàng và nhân viên
  • Giải quyết kịp thời các khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng.
  • Đảm bảo tất cả các chính sách và thủ tục của cửa hàng được tuân thủ.
  • Báo cáo kịp thời cho Cửa hàng trưởng và ban quản lý.
