SUMMARY:

Branch Director is responsible for managing all activities of the Branch in order to achieve the assigned KPIs, including but not limited to business developments, strategic partnerships, and government relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop, negotiate, and execute sales, relationships, and business strategies targeted at Hanoi-headquartered clients/partners that are aligned with MFast’s business plan to achieve desired revenue, expense, and clients/partners’ satisfaction goals.
  • Coordinate with relevant Head Office departments (i.e., Sales Center, Dev, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance) to implement end-to-end new projects or co-developed products originated from Hanoi-headquartered clients/partners.
  • Analyze the local market and identify key strategic relationships needed to realize new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular & reliable updates to Head Office regarding financial services regulatory news and/or industry best practices, ensuring that MFast as a whole optimize our compliance.
  • Represent, build, and maintain the image of MFast in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
  • In charge of handling all requirements raised by the regulators & local authorities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure no business disruption or legal violation for the Hanoi branch.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 5 years of experience in Banking and/or Consumer Finance companies, with at least 3 years of direct experience in B2B Sales in financial services, being based in Hanoi.
  • Demonstrated direct experience working with regulators & authorities in the financial services space in Hanoi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Self-sufficient team player with high confidence but a low ego.
  • Excellent communications skill in both Vietnamese and English.
