POSITION SUMMARY:

The Pre Sales Consultant is a key contributor in selling Lectra’s solutions to our prospects and customers, analyzes and understands the clients’ stakes, needs and environment, in order to meet their business
and technical goals and will work very closely with the Sales team to promote and demonstrate the value

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the Sales team in the qualification of the opportunity and the definition of the proposal to answer customer needs, from the beginning of the pre-sales stage until the end of the negotiation;
  • Facilitates customer understanding of our value proposition through preparation and delivery of outstanding presentations, demonstrations, trials and benchmarks;
  • Puts together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals, including payback analysis;
  • Works closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements, and to identify their main expected outcomes;
  • Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team;
  • Ensures the handover of the project to delivery teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree in Garment Technology or related area will be required
  • 5 years or above working experience will be a minimum, with direct relevant sales or pre sales,consultancy or industrial experience in Fashion Industry, ideally covering similar market as Lectra’s offer
  • Solid 4.0 industry expertise and knowledge in digital transformation (to be adapted according tothe type of market the person will be involved in. E.g.: Fashion industry), in terms of strategy,business evolutions & challenges and common operational issues;
  • Strong value approach and capability to translate features into benefits that resonate with currentcustomers challenges;
  • Ability to create a desire for Lectra’s solutions and to engage the customer emotionally by creatinga preference to buy and a feeling of fondness about the product or service;
  • Real team player and strong ability to handover complex projects to delivery and technical teams;
