Group reporting

· Review the reporting packages made by all entities of the Group.

· Prepare the elimination, reconciliation, adjustments of transactions and balances.

· Be responsible for consolidated reports and CM report including monthly, annually, budget and quarterly forecasts in accordance with IFRS and Group financial calendar.

· Conduct analysis of variances and provide explanation on major variations between actual and budget.

· Be responsible for monthly Business Review and budget, ensure the quality and timeline of the report.

· Prepare Internal annual report and the bridge to Business Review.

· Lead audit of Internal annual report and prepare audit documents.

· Prepare other reports as required.

· Prepare an overview of project costs and closely follow up with KAM.

IFRS and procedure update, coaching and supporting:

· Thorough understanding of IFRS.

· Contribute to develop the group’s accounting manual and reporting guidelines.

· Support checking and problem solving in difficult circumstances.

· Ensures compliance with group policies, company policies, internal controls and IFRS.

· Coach members of Corporate Finance team to fulfill tasks and reach higher quality of performance.

Ad-hoc requirements, backup and others:

· Ad-hoc tasks/reports assigned by manager to meet deadlines with time pressure.

· Back up team members when necessary.

· Commitment to meet deadlines and achieve results in difficult circumstances and time difference.

· Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions including strong communication.

· Self-equip technical knowledge and skills to improve quality reports and procedures.

· Work independently and manager reviews complex work only.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelors degree -major in accounting and auditing, or finance.

At least 5-year experience in the field of Finance and Accounting.

Experience in international manufacturing environment.

Advanced knowledge of accounting work.

Understanding of Group structures and intercompany transactions.

Good at excel spread sheet and word.

Can use ERP / Dynamics, preferable.

Structured and systematic.

Open minded.

Committed, dedicated and flexible.

Good spoken and written English.
