Range of Responsibilities and authorities

1. General position description

Equipment project engineer principle task is to ensure proper planning and supervision over the implementation of equipment engineering projects for Sonion products and for external customers in accordance with the applicable procedure in Sonion Business System (SBS). Assure timely delivery of fully functional equipment according to project plan. Carry on with described duties is ensuring good cooperation and collaboration between team members from other disciplines.

Specific activities:

* Planning the scope of the project, defining the resources needed for its implementation.

* Scheduling project tasks. * Determining the possibility of using the right technology in the project.

* Participating in determining the validation criteria before the machine / device is finally commissioned.

* Supervising the preparation of design and technical documentation, obtaining the "entry" documentation and cooperation in this area with other departments of the Sonion Company.

* Supervising the development of machine / device operating instructions for production and maintenance.

* Estimating technological and time risk for implemented projects.

* Reporting progress and monitoring risks in relation to implemented projects.

* Suggesting solutions in case of risk of project failure.

* Initiating business trips for the effective implementation of projects (for his own and the project team).

* Contacting with internal and external clients (at the request of the superior within a given project).

* Communicating and cooperating with all company departments and their employees depending on the needs of the project. Cooperating with other facilities of Sonion.

* Following the plan schedule and informing supervisor/manager about potential risks which may affect to project.

* Performing in assessment of the risk for new developments – technical, cost and timing * Availability to travel to other Sonion’s locations in NL, PH, PL.

* Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations. Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelors degree inTechnical/ Engineering/ Mechanics major

Fluent English skills

Minimum 1 years experience in similar position

Technical and engineering knowledge (in the field of machine construction, technology, production engineering)

Production management and organization

Budgeting and scheduling projects

Knowledge of the project and human resources management methodology

Design of experiments (preferred Six Sigma)
