Reports to: Business Development Manager

Location: Ha Noi

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for partnership as a key member of the Business Development team
  • Managing partner relationship as an account manager
  • Team up with internal cross-function parties on business requirements to make sure business efficiency,
  • Drive marketing campaign to achieve business target
  • Explore the fintech business opportunities including but not limited to banking services, insurance, payment, billing, merchant acquisition…
  • Attention to details and execution capabilities

Stellenanforderung

Basic requirements:

Language: Proficient in English both spoken and written.

Qualifications:

Education qualification: background in Business Administration/ Communication/ Marketing/ Finance

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in business development or partnership
  • Understanding on fintech industry, especially on payment, digital bank services
  • Experience with working in a large-scale customer environment (commercial, operation, product, technology).
  • Able to work with multi-functional teams
  • Good Communication skill
  • Knowledge on fintech/payment/ e-wallet
  • Driving and implementing the business projects;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels and good influencing skills.
  • Networking skills and being able to build a meaningful partner network.

Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.

  • Yearly salary increment and performance bonus based on OKRs mid-year and year-end assessment.
