Jobbeschreibung

● Creating training programs for all employees that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what the programs are and the objective on doing the training

● Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and what their training requirement

● Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, or coaching

● Assess the success of development plan, monitor the employees progress and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

● Develop and implement all standard procedures related to training

● Having an awareness of the allocated budget and ability to find solutions in order to implement the require training

● Together with Sales Capability team, overview and monitor the Sales teams training activities, ensuring all the Sales force get the learning opportunities

● Ensuring and monitoring employee engagement to all company activities by creating creative appreciation/rewarding to employees

● Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as necessary for the success of the department/organization

● Actively brainstorm, lead, plan internal communication programs within the company to enhance the awareness of product, business operations and increase the staff engagement by coordinating closely with Marketing and other related departments.

Stellenanforderung

● Proven experience as an L&D lead, senior or specialist level, training manager or similar and excellent experiences in management, development and talent training

● Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

● Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

● Experience in project management and budgeting

● Being able to communicate in English is a great asset.

● Has an open and consistent approach to working with others toward organizational strategic objectives

● Possess strong relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, develop and maintain partnership

● Energetic and adaptable
