Main Purpose:

Oversee and coordinate the daily procurement activities.

Accountabilities:

Sourcing new materials, alternative materials for Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) or Tools, Equipment, Sparepart and Service as allocated: local and oversea
Prepare and manage supplier selection process using available tools when applicable and standardised templates.
Control all chains from Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), delivery and payment process
Solve the quality of incoming materials and materials in stock as well
Follow up the delivery time, payment
Discuss with suppliers for contracting
Do report monthly: cost saving, price variance, updated price in master data, update procurement activities within month
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Education:

Bachelor or College Degree or otherequivalent degree.

At least 2 years working experience in procurement : direct and indirect good

Experience in working and dealing with third parties
