Main Purpose:

Oversee and coordinate the daily procurement activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Sourcing new materials, alternative materials for Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) or Tools, Equipment, Sparepart and Service as allocated: local and oversea
  • Prepare and manage supplier selection process using available tools when applicable and standardised templates.
  • Control all chains from Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), delivery and payment process
  • Solve the quality of incoming materials and materials in stock as well
  • Follow up the delivery time, payment
  • Discuss with suppliers for contracting
  • Do report monthly: cost saving, price variance, updated price in master data, update procurement activities within month
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requisiti di lavoro

Education:

Bachelor or College Degree or otherequivalent degree.

At least 2 years working experience in procurement : direct and indirect good

Experience in working and dealing with third parties
