Company Profile:

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international company. Our highly respected client is seeking a Legal Manager with at least 5 years’ experience including relevant experience (e.g. real-estate industries and full project cycle preferred). The job is based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Job Summary:

Legal Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Project be following the current laws and regulations during each Project stage; providing legal risk management measures and ensure the necessary approvals/permits will be granted for the Project by the competent authorities

Job Responsibilities:

· Review and interpret articles/clauses in laws and regulations relevant to all matters during each Project stage.

· Research market practice related to legal procedures.

· Provide legal opinions on the Companys decisions based on both laws/regulations and the market practice and propose the most optimum measures for the Company.

· Review and appraise legal documents of the Company and the Project, including contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.

· Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director and the team leader.

Stellenanforderung

· Bachelor’s in Law

· At least 5 years experience including relevant experience (e.g. real-estate industries and full project cycle preferred).

· Strong understanding of Vietnam real estate market and relevant regulation required.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Excellent research skills and timely documentation and reporting skills.

· Fluent English in speaking and writing required.

· Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
