MUSIC EDUCATION FRANCHISE AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENT

Key responsibilities and duties

For Sales

• Reach sales targets:

- Drive dealers to reach sales commitment

- Support dealers in negotiation and closing sales

- Develop sale channels and build dealers networking

- Propose sales strategies and product display to comply with market change and company’s objectives

• Support dealers to supply products to customers: Advise, propose solutions and provide product information timely and efficiently. Resolve additional problems, such as: bills, certificates, detective products, and some situations that exceed dealer’s competences.

• Train dealers, and update Yamaha products’ information and outstanding features

• Check and monitor products’ displays in accordance with Yamaha’s regulations

• Check and monitor price and promotion activities.

• Make periodic reports to comply with the company’s regulations and manager requirements

For Music Education

• Develop sources and compile lists of future franchise owners. Identify quality candidates and counsel with the candidate to walk them through a quality decision process. Assist in financially qualifying prospective franchise owners.

• Develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations

• Coordinate and support music school activities/events

• Ensure the franchise performance optimization, qualification & relationship management with music school partners in the area.

• Coordinate site analytics, selection, and negotiation activities.

• Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions

• Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management

• Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Stellenanforderung

1/ Required working experience

- At least 2 years, relevant working experience in Sales – B2B – dealers/ whole sellers and at least 2 years in franchise business development, educational franchise business is a plus

- Have knowledge and can play musical instrument is a plus

2/ Required qualifications

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.

3/ Required languages

- English proficiency

4/ Required knowledge and skills

- Sales skills

- Business acumen

- Communication and relationship building

- Customer focus with effective customer handling skills

- Problem solving skills

- Dedicated, self-motivated and integrity
