Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Senior IE (Garment, $1500, ID15057)

  • Approve and make operation breakdown, release style, thread consumption chart, and line arrangement for lines to be completed in accordance with the timetabled plan
  • Calculate the labor costs and productivity.
  • Reexamined the assessed item of clothing to look for more cost-effective ways to save labor expenses
  • Simplify the construction process in relation to the seam and technique without compromising the samples attractiveness.
  • Audit the factory and lines to make sure the line supervisor is adhering to the operation bulletin and line layout
  • Improve pre-production operations and determine correct sewing methods and sewing time counts
  • Examine the sewing lines and manufacturers labor productivity.
  • Utilize clothing sketches or samples to estimate line capacity for every new style
  • Take initiative on lean manufacturing and implementation in the factory
  • Analyze labor productivity of the sewing lines and the factory, and train for the staff about production knowledge

Stellenanforderung

  • Male/Female. Age: Under 55 years old
  • Graduate from University
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the garment industry, especially have 1 year in leader posotion and2 years of using the GSD system
  • Good at English
