Jobbeschreibung

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Warehouse System Management:

  • Set up the business requirements for software upgrades, system configuration, and system deployment.
  • Handle system changes, such as new concepts and upgrades to the system with the software vendor.
  • Develop training materials and resources for the system, and train end users.
  • Develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot solutions in collaboration with IT and clients.
  • Together with Inventory Management, configure and perform stock reconciliations.
  • Standard Operating Procedures should be documented and enforced; work instructions and related documentation should be kept up to date and accessible to end users.
  • Evaluate operational changes, propose improvement options, including the system, and operate.
  • Staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, and workflow analysis for eliciting requirements and drive process change.
  • Actively analyze project risks to anticipate/identify probable problems and proactively identify solutions to address them ahead of time.
  • To guarantee that the operations impact and project objectives/dependencies are always identified, reported on, and managed.
  • To establish a program, provide coaching, and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Stellenanforderung

  • Male/Female, Age: 25-30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory management system in logistics industry (3PL experience is prefered)
  • Fluent at English
