Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive company growth and success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with Aikyas mission and values
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors on market trends, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure Aikya remains competitive in the marketplace

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, project management or related fields

- Strong analytical skills and experience with business operation, market research and analysis

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of the healthcare, pharma, and/or consumer health industry is a plus
