Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Design Manager (Lifting Equipment, ID13679):

  • Work with the Engineering team oversea, design and double-check the solution, proposals, drawings, and schedules for products.
  • Organize and revise technical procurement specifications, components, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the global engineering team to build a local engineering team to develop the new product line.
  • Manage the design and development team to produce a range of concept design schemes for new products as well as update existing product designs for customers
  • Complete design specification package, including a sketch with measurements, construction details, measurement specifications with appropriate tolerances, and any predefined performance standards.
  • Ensure products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit and quality standards, manufacturing capabilities, and cost specifications.
  • Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)
  • Provide technical expertise to the team and other related tasks.

Stellenanforderung

  • Male, Age: 30-40 years old;
  • Graduated with a major in mechanical engineering from universities of the US
  • At least 5 years experience in the same position in lifting equipment or similar products (Mechanical/Steel/Metal/Automotive...)
  • Strong working knowledge of 3D Inventor, Solidworks.
  • Fluent in English.
