70% capability in technical service and 30% capability in Laboratory support
Working as the key member of Hanoi technical service team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Providing technical support, e.g. troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
Keeping up to date on technical service responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining timely communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Updating manager for current information concerning to customers’ requirements, customer situations, trends, mass production plan, etc. to ensure project success.
Coordinating with the laboratory team to ensure the punctuality of laboratory analysis results.
Supporting equipment and tools and ensuring that these devices are adequate for serving the customers’ requirements.
Gather information and test results for provide guidance for troubleshooting case to customer.

Male, native speaker of Vietnamese, aged below 35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields
At least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in chemical or metal plating field.
Good command in English language is preferable.
Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams.
