Company Profile:

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international well-known supplier for Electrical/Electronics manufacturing. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking an engineering professional with at least 4-5 years of experience for Technical Support Engineer position. The job is based in Vietnam (mostly the North) and support customers in South East Asia countries.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Engineer will work independently and report to the Cluster Service Manager to support clients in the Southeast Asia region

Job Responsibilities:

· You will take care of the assigned portfolio in terms of recommendation, products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers

· Provides solutions and performs technical visits for customers in the region.

· Reports quality issues / customers claims to relevant stakeholders.

· Works effectively on specific projects. Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals

· Responsible for technical training for sales team and customers if needed.

· Promotes company’s innovations and best learnings cross clients

Stellenanforderung

· Bachelors degree in Chemical Science/Engineering or Electrical/Electronics.

· At least 4-5 years technical experience for/in the Electrical/Electronics manufacturing.

· Strong problem-solving ability. Detailed orientated and can-do attitude.

· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with other functions and regions.

· Outstanding spoken and written communication skill in English and Mandarin

· Able to travel domestically and internationally
