Job description

· Acquire new clients and business via direct sales activity, referrals, and strategic awareness in the

marketplace

· Develop and propose HR solutions via partnering with clients to understand their critical Outsourcing requirements.

· Consult, build relationship with client to make sure develop, generate the lead, and deliver the good services to the client.

· Meet sales targets for new staffing, contracting, payroll outsourcing services and ensure increased profitability for Commercial (Performance KPI and targets as set by Manager)

· Work closely with Manager to lead and ensure that there is a consistent approach in the development of new client accounts across all PERSOLKELLY Services capabilities in Vietnam

· Work with all members in HR Outsourcing Solution Division, ITT Workforce Solution Division to have an accurate understanding of the current employment market and do teamwork to complete the tasks

· Ensure all material that is sent to external customers consistently represents PERSOLKELLY Services in accordance with PERSOLKELLY Services standards and international guidelines and that they communicate compelling value propositions for our clients.

· Other duties/special projects/responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Job requirement

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

· Good teamwork and CAN-DO attitude

· Experience working in HR service industry will be preferable

· Good presentation and strong sales mindset

· Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, account management and negotiations skills required

· Minimum 2 years proven track record in sales & business development
