Job description

PLATFORMS & MEDIA (80%) - Dominos Pizza:

  • Create, initiate, develop and/or implement the short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital activations to increase brand awareness and online revenue (from Web, App, Mini App, etc.) for the brand.
  • Lead and implement digital marketing approach, including organic and paid media optimization.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations team to ensure aesthetic to align with usability and accessibility.
  • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.
  • Set sales target for each channel follow brand KPIs.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

CRM & LOYALTY PROGRAM (20%) - Dominos Pizza:

  • Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touchpoints, including the website, Call Center, stores, and all media activities.
  • Collaborate with IT team & vendor to build up CRM system and ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.

  • Develop and implement CRM/ Loyalty program that drives customer loyalty and retention both online and in store.

  • Assist brand team in providing consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, at least 2 years at leader/ supervisor level.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website/ App analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • CRM / Automation Marketing experience is a plus
