Internal Title: Order to Cash Specialist

Working location: Base HCM - Cover Binh Duong Factory

Reporting to (Job title): OTC supervisor & Business service manager

This position will be under ABI Third Party with nearly the same benefits

1. Purpose of the Job

  • Perform collect money in system and release orders for domestic customers daily
  • Send order reports to Logistic team daily
  • Perform the tracking file of OTC daily
  • Archive documents as assigned
  • Submit OTC data for Excellence Program/ Dashboard/Productivity monthly
  • Perform reconciliation intercompany and externally
  • Perform reconciliation keg/returnable
  • Assist proper internal controls & MICS - are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls in OTC processes
  • Deliver feedback to customers on time
  • Assist Business service manager to offer the best service and create visible business value for customers from ABI perspective

2. Accountabilities

A: Regular work:

  • Daily to perform collect money in the system and create orders
  • Work with distributors, resolve transfer issues, follow up revised orders, and cancel billings.
  • Tracking and communicating released and pending orders to Logistic team
  • Daily to perform the tracking orders status, empty kegs
  • Issue Credit Notes (Broken Allowance norm) & Debit Note (Over aging penalty) to Customer.
  • Report aging and quantity of empty deposit
  • Send/reconcile empty confirmation to/with Distributors
  • Archive document as request
  • Monthly to submit OTC/OTD data for Excellence Program/ Dashboard/Productivity
  • Ensure proper internal controls & MICS - are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal
  • Assist Business service manager to offer the best service and create visible business value for customers from ABI perspective

B: Customer relationship management

  • To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assist customers to success

Requerimiento de trabajo

Education:Minimum University Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
  • Experience in OTC is preferable
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Technical competencies:(Job-related)

  • Result oriented and teamwork spirit
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts;
  • Good communication and management of daily operation skills
  • Basic English skill
