Descripción del trabajo

  • Negotiate and convince partners (Retail Key Accounts) to cooperate and integrate with ZaloPay;
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants (MC) account matters;
  • Identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve MC performances via campaigns & initiatives;
  • Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed;
  • Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with ZaloPay.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • From 1-3 years experiences with Key Account roles, candidates who have background of Retail, POS, eCommerce, or Banking will be a plus;
  • Actively manage tasks, including: KPI Planning, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
