Descripción del trabajo

- Supervise the sales of the full range of company’s brands throughout the assigned accounts.

- Establish a business partnership with key personnel in the relevant account.

- Assist KAM to develop annual Account Plans & negotiate with the accounts for space rental and promotion/activities.

- Recruit, train & supervise the daily activities of the PGs/ SR team.

- Follow & report to KAM about competitive market situation, competitor’ activities, category’ information, new accounts/stores, etc.

- Train & coach PGs/ SRs to make sure excellent execution in store.

- Follow, track fundamental KPIs (OSA, OOS, SOS, Pricing, Promotion, Activation, …) and give action plan for improvement.

Requerimiento de trabajo

Education

- Basic knowledge in FMCG sales operation

- Communication & Negotiation skills

- Excellent relation with customers

- Basic knowledge in computer.

- English: intermediate level

Experience

- Having sales experience in FMCG business is preferable
