Descripción del trabajo

  • Plan the supply of materials, labor, and improve production efficiency.
  • Perform or arrange manpower allocation to achieve quality and quantity targets.
  • Create material orders, packaging orders, work orders, and rework orders based on customer requirements. Decide and finalize monthly plans for materials, production processes, and shipments.
  • Control stocks of raw materials, storage targets, and product quality, while also generating inventory reports for planning purposes.
  • Maximize the utilization of available machines and equipment by planning and prioritizing key machines to optimize man-hours.
  • Propose ideas to enhance and elevate productivity levels.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely material procurement in alignment with the production schedule.
  • Develop specific plans with delivery times and promise dates, previously synchronized with production.
  • Plan weekly and monthly production based on customer orders.
  • Create detailed daily production plans for each machine and part, organized by the manufacturing process. Report any delays in parts and potential delivery delays, while monitoring daily on-time delivery.
  • Analyze and update plans to meet production targets and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust the plan in response to customer demands, material availability, machinery, tooling, available man-hours, and manufacturing processes.
  • Report to supervisor the status of work/WIP and provide solutions to solve potential issues on deliveries.
  • Other assignments if required by Department Head/Factory Manager.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Education: Graduated from Colleague or University majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience for this position.

  • Key Technical Competencies:Proven experience as production planner;Inventory control;Estimate/Forecast Product Demand skills.
  • Other Priority Competencies/Skills:Good at math and statistics;Stress management;Team Collaboration.
