  • Negotiate, discuss for solution regarding quality issue or any shipment issue with customers;
  • Solve customer complaints & discuss internal team for solution;
  • Communicate and cooperate with related departments to track and ensure timeline compliance (R&D Dept);
  • Analysis forecast/projection buy month, season to prebuid yarn/greige/pre-dye;
  • Cross check and confirm color, prebuild;
  • Other job assigned by Manager.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Education:University or college degree, major: Business, Textile engineering or related;
  • Experience:Over 1years experience in Sales/Merchandise position,experienceinthe Garment manufacturingis preferred;
  • Language:Fluency inEnglish and/or Chinese;
  • Knowledge and skills:Understanding business, drive for excellent result, communications and influencing,decision making and problem solving...
