Objectives: If you are Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien) speakers with full proficiency of English and willing to live & work in Vietnam.

The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in real estate, engineering, construction, or architecture, along with extensive experience in industrial engineering/real estate and project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing/consulting all phases of projects, from conception to completion, ensuring their successful execution

Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and designs.

· Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for potential development projects.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance in real estate development and investment decisions, including market analysis and due diligence.

· Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.

· Participate in consulting projects related to real estate, including market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

· Contribute to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, evaluating potential acquisition opportunities and conducting due diligence.

· Oversee procurement and material management, including vendor selection and negotiation.

· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

· Prepare progress reports, financial analysis, and other project-related documentation.

· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requerimiento de trabajo

1. Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien) speakers who are living or willing to live in Vietnam for a long time period

2. Experience:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in industrial engineering, project management, consulting, M&A, real estate development.

- Ability to build projects from scratch, including land acquisition, permits, and approvals.

- Experience in real estate investment analysis, market research, and due diligence.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Languages:

- Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien) - Fluent

- English – fluent

4. Age: Under 45
