As Technical Interviewer you will have a wide range of responsibilities, which include:

  • Interviewing applicants to determine their qualifications for a job position
  • Developing interview questions that are specific to the job being filled
  • Conducting interviews using Skype, Zalo, MS Teams, Google Meet or in-person meetings with candidates to assess their qualifications for a position
  • Evaluating a wide range of technical skills – Developers, PM, BA, UI/UX
  • Explaining the details of the job to applicants who are selected for an interview
  • Preparing an interview schedule that includes all pertinent information about each candidate
  • Evaluating an applicant’s skills, knowledge, and experience to determine whether they are a good fit for a position
  • Making hiring decisions based on the results of interviews, reference checks, and other information provided by candidates
  • Scheduling interviews with prospective employees and preparing them for the interview process
  • Following up with candidates after interviews to notify them of next steps in the hiring process, such as scheduling a second interview

Requerimiento de trabajo

Required Skills

  • At least 02 years of experience as Technical Interviewer.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media.
  • Flexible mindset, creative, result oriented.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related fields is required.

Language skills:

  • Vietnamese (Fluent Native)
  • English - Fluent
