Mô tả công việc

Communicate and cooperate with related department and FP&A team in setting up and implement effective procedures, ERP systems and financial reporting system;
Monitor and conduct costing works to as requirement of prevailing accounting rules;
A/R and A/P management;
Management of fixed asset and capex actual spending against budget;
Cash flow projection and regular funding request;
Monitor the foreign loan contracts and payment to comply with State Bank regulations;
Inventory management and year-end inventories count as well as ensure the compliance with tax regulation and customs ruling on bonded material control;
Active role in company’s risk management;
Ensure compliance with tax, customs, investment regulations and labor code;
Monitor and control bank/cash payment. Establish and maintain relations with external parties: statutory auditor and banks;
Work with auditor to complete the yearend audited financial statement and consolidated financial statement;
Other works and assignments upon request by management.

Education:Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance, haveCPA/ACCA/CIMA certificate is a plus
Experience:At least 8 yearsexperience in accounting and finance in industrial and international company;
Language:Fluent Mandarin and/or English
Knowledge and skills:Understanding corporate policy as well as garment industry, team built up and proper internal procedure setup for new company, goodinterpersonal skills, planning & organizing, collaboration.
High mobility to travel and work in North Vietnam if necessary
